Leeds Building Society has launched a new 3 year fixed Purchase product at 95% LTV. They have also increased the rate on their 2 year fixed £499 fee Purchase product at 95% LTV.

The Melton Building Society

The Melton Building Society has launched a new 2 year discount Holiday Let product at 75% LTV.

Vernon Building Society

Vernon Building Society has launched a new 2 year discounted remortgage only products at 60% LTV.

Zephyr Homeloans

Zephyr Homeloans have reduced rates on 5 Year Fixed Standard and HMO products at 75% LTV as well as increased maximum loan amount to £2m on Standard products at 65% LTV. They have also removed select products with 1% fee from their range and introduced new products with 2% fee.
