HL Partnership launches Barclays exclusive products
As a key partner of Legal and General Mortgage Club, Barclays are delighted to confirm they have launched a range of competitive new 85% LTV Residential Purchase and Remortgage 2 Year Fixed rate products limited to a select number of distribution partners including HL Partnership members from today.

- 2.30% 2 Year Fixed, £599 product fee, 85% LTV, Loans £5k – £2m

- 2.30% 2 Year Fixed, £599 product fee, 75% LTV, Loans £5k – £2m

A few key points to note when submitting an application with Barclays:-
- As a market leading exclusive this product range can be withdrawn or re-issued at short notice.
- Please do not use Social Media or appear in the press to promote this exclusive product range
- Remember that Barclays run to a standard five day turnaround when processing your cases, to reduce administration times can you please ensure you wait for five days to have elapsed following submission before chasing any cases by phone.
- You can track your cases on-line.
- To submit an application, once you have recommended an exclusive product, and progressed to the product screen within our application systems, you simply select ‘other’ from the product selection options and then free type the product code which can be found on the rate guide.
