Leeds Building Society has reduced selected Buy to Let fixed rates up to 0.08%.

Molo Finance

Molo Finance have made various rate changes to select products in their range, and have capped the maximum loan amount on flat fee products to £450,000.

TSB

TSB Introduced 2 Year Tracker First Time Buyer, House Purchase and Remortgage 0-90% LTV Products. TSB also Introduced 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership and Shared Equity First Time Buyer and House Purchase 0-85% LTV products.

Virgin Money

Virgin Money have reduced rates on selected products across all ranges. They have also withdrawn Core 3 year fixed products with no fee and with £995 fee and at 65% and 75% LTVs.
