The following updates were completed and are live in SOURCE today:

Barclays Bank

Barclays Bank amended residential and BTL purchase & remortgage fixed rates and EMC Reward Residential and BTL fixed rates.

Fleet Mortgages

Fleet Mortgages reduced rates across the range, extended end dates to September of their respective years, and introduced 80% BTL products.

Leeds Building Society

Leeds has reduced rates across their residential and shared ownership ranges.

Monmouthshire Building Society

Monmouthshire Building Society has launched a 2 and 5 year fixed product available for Purchase with a max LTV of 95%.(F735, F736).

NatWest

NatWest has updated rates for selected products, extended end dates to November, and withdrawn their Direct Offset product range. Minimum and maximum loan amounts for selected Intermediary Retention products have also been changed.

Post Office

Post Office for Intermediaries has closed for new business submissions. Existing customer transactions will still be supported through Post Office for Intermediaries.

Progressive Building Society

Progressive Building Society decreased rates on selected variable and fixed rate products for house purchase, a 2 year variable rate product for house purchase reintroduced at 75% and a new 85% variable rate product for house purchases.

West Bromwich Building Society

West Bromwich Building Society have updated their 2, 3 and 5 year fixed no fee Purchase products with a max LTV of 95% with reduced rates and end date extensions to October.

Yorkshire Building Society

Yorkshire Building Society has repriced selected 54 products across their product ranges.
