Legal & General Home Finance

Legal & General Home Finance have reduced rates on selected Lifetime Mortgage products.

Marsden Building Society

Marsden Building Society have updated their criteria for the amount of storeys acceptable on flats, as well as no longer lending for any properties that require EWS1 forms.

Nottingham Building Society

Nottingham Building Society have repriced 11 Residential products and also launched 2 new Residential products consisting of a 75% LTV Remortgage only and a Large Loans product for loan sizes above £350k.

West One Secured Loans Limited

West One have amended their maximum mortgage term from 25 years to 30 years on their BTL products
